A handmade Native American brooch of simple design and thoughtful detail. A sterling silver oval is center-set with a button of pure sky-blue turquoise, nestled in a hand-cut, scalloped bezel. Rocker stamps radiate out from the stone like petals, within an elaborate frame of zigzag stamps. The piece fastens with a rollover clasp, and it is stamped "Sterling" on its back. This brooch will look great worn in many different ways, but it will look particularly smart on a denim jacket. Circa 1960.
Details.....The brooch measures 1.61" by 1.22". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of their charm.
