Round Eisenberg Swarovski Crystal Brooch

A brilliant burst of Swarovski crystals sparkles and flashes in this round Eisenberg brooch. Round and emerald cut stones are carefully prong-set in the silver-tone metal jewel. Delicate rhinestone-set details, an Eisenberg signature, curl around the sparkling crystals. The piece fastens with a secure rollover clasp. Marked "Eisenberg" in block letters on its back. Circa 1950.

Eisenberg & Sons is an esteemed American jewelry company that makes high-quality costume jewelry. Jonas Eisenberg established the company in Chicago in 1914, offering high-end womenswear. But, it was the clothing's ornate buttons and brooches that seized public attention. In the 1930s, the company launched a line of jewelry that used dazzling Swarovski crystals in innovative designs called Eisenberg Ice.
