This Zuni brooch is set with the most gorgeous turquoise. A sterling silver oval is set with rings of small round turquoise gems, each in a tiny hand-cut bezel. Twisted silver wire and little silver beads embellish the piece. The brooch fastens with a security clasp. Exquisite lapidary work is a hallmark of Zuni jewels, a feature that is on full display here. Circa 1970.
Details.....The brooch measures 1.25" by .93". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should expect some wear on all vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of their charm.
