A captivating Eisenberg Ice brooch with an abstract feather motif. Graceful curls of silver-tone metal are prong-set with marquise and pear-cut Swarovski crystals. A single large, round crystal is central. Accents of rhinestone-set "ribbon" and small flourishes bring delicate glitter to the lush jewel. Exquisitely sculpted, as we expect from Eisenberg. The brooch's pin fastens with a secure rollover clasp. Marked "Eisenberg Ice" in block letters on its back. Circa 1960.

Eisenberg & Sons is an esteemed American jewelry company that makes high-quality costume jewelry. Jonas Eisenberg established the company in Chicago in 1914, offering high-end womenswear. But, it was the clothing's ornate buttons and brooches that seized public attention. In the 1930s, the company launched a line of jewelry that used dazzling Swarovski crystals in innovative designs called Eisenberg Ice.
