Effervescent Crystal Cluster Necklace by Eisenberg

This exquisite Eisenberg necklace is set with an effervescent cluster of Swarovski crystals. The choker-length chain of crystal links supports a central decorative element: two rows of brilliant round stones accented by glittering rhinestone-set flourishes. The necklace fastens with an unusual hook clasp and crystal-set extender chain. Supple and well-made, each crystal is prong-set by hand in icy silver-tone metal. Marked "Eisenberg" on the clasp. Eisenberg & Sons is an esteemed American jewelry company that makes high-quality costume jewelry. Jonas Eisenberg established the company in Chicago in 1914, offering high-end womenswear. But, it was the clothing's ornate buttons and brooches that seized public attention. In the 1930s, the company launched a line of jewelry that used dazzling Swarovski crystals in innovative designs called Eisenberg Ice.
