An opulent necklace of enameled brass and glass with the hues of a springtime crocus. Nine faceted ovals of purple glass are sawtooth bezel set in decorative brass frames. Buds of pink and purple enamel crown the glass gems. The glass gems are linked and hang on a double strand of heavy brass paper clip chain. This piece is a lovely example of the fine costume jewels that were once created using glass and jeweler's brass. Circa 1920.
Details.....The necklace measures 16" long. The glass gems measure 1" by 0.65". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should expect some wear on all vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
