Elaborate Eisenberg earrings in irresistible purple Swarovski crystals. The clip-on earrings are sprays of round and marquise-cut stones accented by white rhinestone-set flourishes. Each crystal is prong-set in silver-tone metal. Marked "Eisenberg" on the earring backs. Circa 1950.

Eisenberg & Sons is an esteemed American jewelry company that makes high-quality costume jewelry. Jonas Eisenberg established the company in Chicago in 1914, offering high-end womenswear. But, it was the clothing's ornate buttons and brooches that seized public attention. In the 1930s, the company launched a line of jewelry that used dazzling Swarovski crystals in innovative designs called Eisenberg Ice.
