Engraved Zuni Bear shield earrings with silver and onyx dangles. The earring tops are round sterling silver domes. A Zuni Bear is incised on each dome, complete with a heartline representing the breath of life. Round silver and onyx tube beads are threaded on silver drops that hang as a fringe from the shields' bottom edges. These are easy to wear post earrings for pierced ears. Circa 1970.
The Zuni Bear represents healing, introspection, strength, and protection, providing inner strength to navigate change.
