Crowned English Sterling Silver Medal Fob

This sterling silver English medal fob is rich with detail. It dates to the year before England entered World War II. The medal is a spoked circle topped with an engraved crown. A shield sits at the center, surrounded by scrolled engraving. The back of the medal is blank and ready to be engraved with your message. This fob will look dashing worn on one of our Ancient Influences' married chains.

The bale finishes with a heavy sterling jump ring hallmarked for England. The back of the medal is hallmarked for Birmingham, sterling silver, and 1938. It is signed with the maker's mark W.A., for Birmingham silversmith William Adams Ltd. 

Details: The medal measures 1.03" by 1.56", 1.75" with the bale. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
