A miniature enamelled egg charm, in homage to the great Fabergé. The 14k gold egg is decorated with engraving and blue and white enamel. Dainty gold spirals and meanders embellish the piece. The design is sophisticated, yet recalls the tender early spring of Easter time. A gold band girds the egg, creating the illusion that the charm opens. A jump ring has been added to the bale for ease of wear. Circa 1920.
