An adorable owl perfume bottle is suspended from a paperclip chain and spring ring in the chatelaine fashion. The sterling silver bottle is a beautifully made, naturalistic figural piece; it is double-sided, the wee own gazes out from both front and back of the flacon. A stopper unscrews from the top of the owl's head. This piece is clean and functional, and the spring ring allows you to hang this fun and functional jewel anywhere you like. Circa 1880.
Details.....The piece is 3.37" long, and the owl measures .81" by .53" by 1.58". In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of their charm.
