Renaissance Man & Archangel Micheal Intaglio Ring

Fascinating intaglio depicting a clean-shaven man in Italian Renaissance garb, with the Archangel Micheal on his shoulder. Could this be a portrayal of the great artist Michelangelo? Probably not, Michelangelo wore a beard. Either way, this fellow is handsome and elegantly styled. The Archangel Micheal bears his signature sword and crown. The cocoa-colored glass intaglio sits in a heavy 10k gold bezel over split shoulders and a narrow flat band. An interesting statement ring with a proud profile. Circa 1900.

Details... Currently a size 10.75. This ring may be sized up or down two sizes free of charge. The top of the ring measures 21mm by 23mm, the band is 2.8mm wide, and the profile stands 8.1mm tall. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it a part of their charm.
