Spritzer and Fuhrmann Garnet Carbuncle Ring

This stunning example of Spritzer & Fuhrmann jewelry from the 1940s shows off everything that made them such fabulous designers. This talented duo made jewelry in NYC from 1941 to 1955, and the resulting treasures are highly sought after by collectors. This ring has an excellent and dramatic carbuncle Garnet in a deep blood red with little diamonds set around it like twinkling stars. The ring's body is hand engraved with an undulating design, and the fine 18k yellow gold simply glows. Signed with their maker's mark and 18ct.

Details: Currently a size 6.75. The top of the ring measures 15mm wide, and the band is 5.5mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it a part of their charm.
