The silver Chinese jewelry from between 1900 and 1920 is quite fine and always beautifully hand crafted, often incorporating much older gems and pearls from more traditional jewels. This beauty holds a trio of really amazing gems repurposed from something much older, an Aquamarine, Jade, and a Ruby suspended like fruit from a branch with leaves. As was usual with these pieces the silver is always a high grade closer to 980, as a comparison sterling silver is 925. Circa 1920.
Details.....The brooch measures 1.96" long and 1.94" at its widest point. In Excellent Antique Condition. Some wear should be expected on all vintage and antique pieces; we consider it to be part of their charm.
