Double Sided Engraved & Cut Out Sterling Fob

This wonderful Edwardian English medal fob is double-sided and elaborately cutout. It has the classic design of the crowned shield, wrapped in an ornate frame of openwork leaves and scrolling. Delicate engraving highlights the sterling silver metalwork. A shield sits at the center of both sides of the fob. The medal bears no inscription and is ready to be engraved with your personal message. This substantial fob will make a bold statement worn on one of our Ancient Influences' married chains.

The back of this medal is hallmarked for Birmingham, sterling silver, and 1912. It is signed with the maker's mark WHH for William Hair Haseler, a silversmith producing out of Birmingham at the time.

Details: The medal measures 1.17" by 1.68". It weighs 11.8 grams. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
