Extraordinarily rare, these early 20th-Century Chinese cufflinks radiate luxury. Navettes of grade "A" jadeite sit in elaborately worked cufflinks of 24k gold. This highest grade jadeite is reserved for use in 24k gold, not made for export. The links are stationary, making them easy to wear with a more relaxed fit. Of course, these cufflinks have a marvelous weight with the gloss and glow only found in the finest jewels. Circa 1890.
Details.....The faces measure 0.41" by 0.94", and the feet measure 0.29" by 0.71". The cufflinks weigh 17.7 grams. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect small imperfections in vintage and antique jewelry; we consider this a part of their charm.
