In the 19th Century, "Cigar Band" referred to a popular style of wide, thin, decorated bands. Tiny rings were also popular; they were often presented as Christening gifts. This wee cigar band is 9ct English gold, slightly beveled with an oak leaf delicately engraved on each bevel. Everything about it exudes Victorian charm. For safety's sake, we don't recommend allowing small children to wear these rings, but this one is a great size to be an adult's midi or pinky ring. It would also make a lovely pendant threaded on a chain or ribbon. Circa 1880.

Details.....This ring is a size 3.25. It cannot be sized. The band measures 4.5mm wide and it is 15.3mm in diameter. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
