Old European Cut Diamond in Voluptuous Gold Band

A dazzling (approximate) .50ct old European cut diamond sits at the apex of a buttery 18ct English gold band. The top of the band is a soft pyramid shape with the solitaire diamond inset in the band's proud peak. A deep horizontal groove bisects the chunky band, an elegant detail that modernizes the antique ring. Voluptuous, smooth, and weighty, this band feels wonderful on the hand. Circa 1900.

Details.....Currently a size 6.5. The top of the ring measures 7mm wide, and the back of the band is 4mm wide. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
