Satisfying Sterling Silver Signet Ring Size 10

An exciting find: this sterling silver signet ring is not only unengraved, it is also a large size. A substantial silver shield is applied to a heavy half round band. The band is embellished with oxidized milgrain beading. The shield is engraved around its edge with a light pattern. Handsome, with a satisfying weight. The interior of the band bears a maker's mark that appears to be the letter "B" conjoined with the letter "W" or "E." Circa 1990.
