Return Policies:

Our return policies differ for In Store Purchases and Web Site Purchases. The reason for this is that when you are purchasing in the shop you get to physically handle the piece.

In Store Purchases Return Policy:

We allow for exchanges only on in store purchases with a date to be agreed upon at the time of purchase. The date can be somewhat flexible based on your gifting time frame. We do not offer refunds on in store purchases. If you return an item purchased in the store you can choose to have your store credit in the form of a gift certificate with no expiration date, or exchange it right away for another item. Your store credit is equal to the exact amount you spent to purchase the item only, and does not include any extra fees such as shipping and sizing you may have also paid at the time of purchase. 

Sale items are final, no returns, no refunds.

Web Site Purchases Return Policy:

If you wish to return your Online purchase you must return the item to us within 5 business days of receiving it, the day you receive your purchase counts as a day. Items will not be accepted after 5 business days. Please notify us right away at [email protected] if you are returning an item and we will email you the instructions for shipping the item back to us. Do Not return an item without first contacting us. The buyer pays the cost of return shipping. The item(s) being returned MUST be returned in as-purchased condition in order to receive a refund. Online orders may be returned in person to the store within 5 business days for a store credit or exchange. PLEASE NOTE rings that have been sized and any alterations you have us make to a piece before sending to you, such as shortening bracelets or necklaces, as well as custom designed pieces, may not be returnable. Always email us to ask for details if you are having a piece altered.
