Seacroft & Crosscates Beautiful Enameled Medal Fob

This English fob commemorates a super human feat: A. Goodall running the Seacroft & Crosscates C.C. 50 Miles Time Trial in 3 hours, 3 minutes and 45 seconds. The front of the sterling silver fob is enameled with the Order of the Garter in blue, along with the phrases "Seacroft & Crosscates C.C." and "50 Miles Time Trial." The back is beautifully engraved with our speedy friend Goodall's name and his impressive time. Hallmarked for Birmingham and the years 1906-1907 and bearing the makers mark V&S for Vaughton & Sons. This attractive and interesting fob will make a very handsome pendant.
