The chunky old mine cut diamond is set in fancy triple split prongs at the center of this pretty 1940's platinum engagement ring. The diamond has a high table and a cushion shaped open culet displaying some of my fav things about old hand cut diamonds. The step down shoulders hold 2 diamonds on each side that lead into a rolled edge before continuing into a knife edge band. Uniquely vintage and uniquely you.
This ring comes with an insurance replacement cost appraisal. The appraisal is done by an independent gem lab. The appraised value is $7350.
Diamond Details.....The center diamond is 1.03cts, Old Mine Cut VS2-K/L. There are 4 tiny round diamonds.
Details.....Currently a size 4.25. This ring may be sized up or down two sizes free of charge. Please contact us if you need this ring sized more than two sizes, it may be possible and will have a small fee. The ring measures 14.1mm x 6.2mm at the diamond set top. And 2.3mm at the side of the band. Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
