This delightful necklace features graduate hand-faceted amethyst beads, but the star of the piece is the decorative clasp. The ornate 930 grade silver clasp is set with a beautiful faceted amethyst. Wear the clasp in the front, the back, jaunty...whatever suits your mood. The amethyst beads are knotted on silk and separated by clear crystal spacer beads. Circa 1920. The 1920s had such wonderful beads.
Details.....The necklace is 17" long. The clasp measures 521.9mm by 27.5mm. The largest beads are 11.2mm, the smallest beads are 7.6mm. In Very Good vintage condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
