This is a lovely specimen of rich golden amber. A window into the past with wonderful inclusions of petrified pollen and fragments of vegetation. The amber cabochon is bezel set in a sterling silver ring. A silver leaf curls around the ring's bezel, alongside delicate tendrils and organic beading like winter mushrooms. A perfect frozen tableaux of nature. Circa 1970.
