This really wonderfully carved intaglio pictures a God surrounded by birds, one of which seems to be pulling a worm from the ground. The intaglio is carved from a banded agate and set in an elaborate 14k gold setting which dates from the mid 1800's. With its tiny size it was likely worn as a pinky ring.
Details.....Currently a size 3. This ring can be sized up two sizes free of charge. The top of the ring measures 22.1mm by 14.4mm with an 18.7mm profile, and the band is 4.2mm wide. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should expect all vintage and antique jewels to show some wear; we consider it part of their charm.
