Antique Mystical Moonstone in Gold Pendant

Otherworldly moonstones have a magical adularescence, an effect caused by light scattering between their microscopic layers. This romantic antique pendant features a mystical moonstone in a delicately scalloped 14k yellow gold claw setting. The cabochon moonstone is reminiscent of a dewdrop or a soap bubble, and the elegant presentation displays the moonstone beautifully. The pendant hangs from a jump ring bale on a modern recycled 14k gold cable chain. Circa 1900.
