Antique Rooster Locket
One of my favourite things about my job is the wonderfully unusual things that cross my path. This is a first for me! A locket featuring a Rooster crowing at the dawning of the sun. The detail is fabulous and the front has depth. We have left the original photos on the inside, two ladies, it could be wishful thinking but it certainly looks like one is holding a baby chick. Gold filled circa 1900.
Details.....The gold filled paperclip chain is 18" long and the locket measures 1.19" across. In excellent antique condition, you should always expect some wear vintage and antique jewels we consider it a part of their charm.
