Art Deco Diamond Ring with Graceful Platinum Curves
This beauty, with its graceful curves and practical low profile, will make a wonderful engagement or commitment ring. The height of the Art Deco movement saw a real variety in engagement ring styles; the east/west orientation of this lovely platinum and diamond ring was a popular design element of the 1930s. The center of the ring is set with a 0.45ct bright white brilliant-cut diamond in a box head. Sixteen small accent diamonds are bead-set around a scalloped edge. The overall effect is romantic, with a stylized floral feel. Circa 1930.
This ring comes with an insurance replacement cost appraisal. The appraisal is done by an independent gem lab. The appraised value is $3400.
