The incredible matrix opal is the star of this gorgeous Art Nouveau necklace. The oval cabochon opal is held in swirling curves of gold which is set with 3 Old European Diamonds in platinum. A creamy white pendant pearl is suspended from the bottom and the pendant is suspended from a 14k yellow gold rope chain. Platinum and 14k yellow gold, Circa 1900.
Details.....The pendant measures 1.19" wide and 1.24" long including the drop pearl, with a wearable length of 17". In Excellent Antique condition. Imperfections are to be expected in antique jewelry; it is considered part of the charm.
