This striking asymmetrical sterling silver ring is set with a sparkling piece of goldstone. The "gem" commonly referred to as Goldstone is in actuality a type of specialized glass. It is created by mixing copper and other metal oxides with molten glass and allowing tiny crystals of metallic copper to form. Circa 1980s.
Details.....Currently a size 6, this ring can be sized for a fee. The ring measures 0.80" by 0.66" at the top. The band is 4.5mm wide. In Excellent vintage condition, you should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
