In the early 20th Century some of the loveliest jewelry was made from humble materials: brass and glass. This pretty necklace features a faceted blue glass gem set in an engraved jewelers brass frame. A little brass flower decorated with white cold enamel links the pendant to the chain. The vintage rose gold filled twisted curb chain compliments the pendant perfectly. Circa 1920.
From the Married Chains Collection by Ancient Influences. All of the ingredients in this necklace are recycled and vintage. I love using vintage findings, and am thrilled by the discovery of just the right split ring or hook for a piece.
