Swirls and Flourishes decorate the surface of the 12k gold surrounding the the flush set tabular bloodstone gem. This lovely specimen of mid 19th century jewelry is sturdy enough for daily wear. 12k was a common gold fineness in England and Central Europe in the mid 19th century. There is a hand engraved set of initials inside. Circa 1850.

Details.....Currently a size 7.5. this ring can be sized up or down 1.5 sizes for no extra charge. The ring measures 12.9mm wide at the front and 2.7mm at the back. In excellent antique condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it a part of the charm.
