Blue Lace Agate Necklace with Delicate Carved Bead

This strand of placid blue lace agate beads features a large, beautifully carved agate bead as its centerpiece. The large oval bead is carved with a grooved spiral, the carving highlights the delicate striations of the banded agate. The beads are hand knotted on white silk. So dreamy. Circa 1960.
