The 1.13ct natural sapphire sits in four fancy prongs, raised above sculpted shoulders with little accent diamonds displayed in navette shapes. Crisp engraving glitters like frosty rime. The dramatic presence of the ring is emphasized by the velvety sapphire's intense color. Circa 1940.
