A cheeky little cockatoo perches on the front of this gold fill spinner locket. The tropical bird appears in bas relief, sitting on a tree branch. The locket spins in a curved frame that is crowned by a scrolling bale. The locket opens easily to reveal an empty compartment, ideal for preserving photos or a lock of hair, that is stamped "Pat. July 24 - 83." This Victorian fob will look fabulous worn on one of our Ancient Influences married chains. Circa 1880.
Details.....The locket measures .84" in diameter, 1.07" by 1.27" with frame. In Very Good Antique Condition. Imperfections are to be expected in antique jewelry; it is considered a part of its charm.
