This 19th Century Chinese coral bead necklace is dramatically beautiful. Rich red coral tube, round and rondelle beads are strung with a variety of ornate silver beads. Large beads composed of clustered tiny round beads with filigreed silver bead caps punctuate the necklace. A drop of silver filigree balls ends in a tassel of coral tube beads and tiny silver bells. Like most antique Chinese jewels, this necklace is so fantastically detailed you will never tire of admiring it. Circa 1870.
This wonderful Chinese necklace dates to the Qing Dynasty, China's final imperial dynasty.
