A vivid Santo Domingo stone and shell inlay cross. Squares of turquoise, onyx, shell, mother of pearl, and lapis lazuli are set in a graphic, colorful checkerboard pattern, with a center of sterling silver. The back of the cross is a very dark green, nearly black stone. The cross hangs on a modern sterling silver box chain. Circa 1980.
Details.....The chain is 18" long and the cross measures 1.91" by 1.57". In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on your vintage and antique jewels, we consider it a part of their charm.
