Colorful Opal in Old Mine Cut Diamond Halo Ring

Gem Set Love

1 item left

An incredible iridescent opal is the star of this dreamy Art Deco era halo ring. The brilliantly colored oval opal is framed in sparkling diamonds, all set in platinum. The diamonds are characterful old mine cuts with a 0.60tcw. The gem-set platinum top sits over the chunky 18ct gold body of the ring. Wide, open work shoulders taper back into a narrow band. Bright, bold and beautiful. This one reminds me of a dandelion clock, but I really couldn't say why. Circa 1928.
