This Modernist interpretation of a crucifix is unusual and imaginative. The cross is 10k blackened white gold, with an organic texture reminiscent of wood grain. The body of Christ is presented abstractly, the figure loosely rendered in 10k yellow gold wire. With two-tone gold and unexpected, contrasting textures, this necklace is an interesting example of the classic crucifix. Circa 1960.

Details.....The crucifix measures 1.3" wide and 1.7" long, 1.95" with bale. Chain NOT included In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
