Cupid & Hearts Two-Tone Gold & Diamond Bridal Set

Be still my heart, this is literally the most romantic bridal set we have ever seen. The 14k two-tone gold rings are asymmetric, they nestle together in an unexpected way. The engagement ring's shoulder is sculpted with a yellow gold cupid, shooting his tiny arrow into a pair of diamond-set, white gold hearts. The band continues the sweet motif, with diamond-set scallops that skirt the hearts. The inside of both rings are stamped with an interesting but as yet unidentified maker's mark. So fortunate both ring and band have stayed together after all this time. Every day is Valentine's Day with this darling set. Circa 1940.

Details.....The set is currently a size 5. The engagement ring's top measures 14mm by 6mm, the band's top measures 17.5mm by 1mm. Both shanks are 1mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of their charm.
