Decadent Amethyst Marquise in Engraved Deco Ring

An ornate Art Deco ring set with a marquise of decadent purple amethyst. The stone is the startling color typically found in Siberian amethysts of the highest quality. This 3.10ct amethyst is tab set in 18k white gold, pierced, and engraved with a romantic heart motif. Scrolled cathedral shoulders and a tapered band are engraved with frosty crispness. There is something slightly witchy about this one; it's the perfect ring for someone a little bit sweet and a little bit spooky. Circa 1920.

Details.....Currently a size 5.25. The ring may be sized up or down two sizes free of charge. The top of the ring measures 12.6mm by 14.7mm, and the band is 1.6mm wide. In Very Good Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels; we consider it part of the charm.
