This necklace is an exceptional example of the lavalier style pendant. Slightly larger and more substantial than the typical lavalier, it really has it all. Sparkling diamonds and dreamy pearls are set in graceful 14k gold and platinum. The pendant is crowned with a pretty engraved bale and finished with a suspended river pearl. Multiple points of articulation give the pendant scintillating movement. This lavalier would be a perfect wedding necklace. Circa 1910.
Details.....The pendant measures 0.56" wide by 2.6" long. The modern 14k gold chain measures 16" long. In Excellent Vintage Condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
