The beauty of Antique paste jewels is evident in this faux Emerald ring. Set in Sterling Silver is a glass gem artfully created to look like an emerald, they even added the veil like inclusions that would be found in a genuine Emerald. The setting is quite elaborate in the Edwardian style of the first decade of the 20th century with open work filigree side panels and tiny glittering clear paste stones set around the edges. Sterling silver, glass and crystal, circa 1910.
