Elaborate Engraved and Faceted 18ct English Gold Band

Is this gorgeous 18ct gold band a keeper ring? If so, it's quite an elaborate example of the type. This English band is elaborately sculpted and engraved with flowers and faceting. Is it a love knot band? Perhaps. Whatever this ring's original purpose, it is beautiful and ornate, with luxurious textures. It will make a stunning wedding band. The interior of the ring bears English hallmarks for Birmingham, 18ct, and the years 1907-1908.

A keeper ring is intended to be worn on the outside of your other rings (of possibly greater monetary or sentimental value) to keep them from falling off your finger. Practical yet beautiful in the true Edwardian style.

Details.....Currently a size 6.25. This ring may be sized up or down two sizes free of charge. The band measures 9.7mm wide at the front and tapers to 4mm at the back. In Very Good Antique Condition. You should expect all vintage and antique jewels to show some wear; we consider it part of their charm.
