English Sterling Trombone & Curb Chain by Ancient Influences

This English sterling silver married chain is luxurious in weight and elevated by its many superb findings. An elongated trombone link chain and a tight curb chain are paired, beautifully balanced in size. Two watch hooks and a t-bar hang on cable chain from the bottommost ring; the piece fastens in front with a large bolt ring, this necklace can handle all the bits & bobs, lockets & fobs you can throw at it. All the glossy sterling is hallmarked for London. The hooks and t-bar are marked for the year 1867, the chain dates to circa 1860 to 1880. Sterling chains and findings of this quality are becoming quite difficult to find.

From the Married Chains Collection by Ancient Influences. All of the ingredients in this necklace are recycled, vintage, or antique. Small imperfections are to be expected and considered part of their charm.

Details.....The chain is 26" long, the links measure 7.4mm wide. The t-bar is 1.44" wide, the bolt measures .77" in diameter, and the hooks are .75" long.
