Engraved Cigar Band Style Victorian Tiny Ring

This adorable 9k gold Cigar Band-style tiny ring is adorned with three parallel grooves engraved with stylized starbursts. In the 19th century "Cigar Band" referred to a popular style of wide, thin, decorated bands. Tiny rings were also popular, they were often presented as Christening gifts. For safety's sake we don't recommend allowing small children to wear these rings, but they make great midi rings or charming pendants when threaded on a chain or ribbon. Circa 1890.
