This gorgeous marquise halo engagement ring dates to the early 2000s. It is a beautiful example of fine modern design. The center marquise cut diamond is prong set, with v-prongs at the diamond's points, in a 14k white gold ring. A halo of 18 small diamonds surrounds the marquise. The split shoulders and tapered upper shank are set with 26 more accent diamonds and the mounting's bridge bears two bezel set round diamonds. An unexpected detail...the inside of the band is adorned with a flush set sapphire. This ring offers the finest elements of modern jewelry at a great value.
This ring comes with an insurance replacement cost appraisal. The appraisal is done by an independent gem lab. The appraised value is $4775.
Diamond Details.....The central diamond is a 0.70ct marquise shaped brilliant cut with an VS1 clarity and I-J color. The diamond's girdle is laser inscribed: "EGL US78778216D." European Gemological Laboratories grades the diamond as an H-I color. There are 46 round brilliant full cut accent diamonds with an estimated 0.54tcw.

The ring measures 10.9mm by 7.5mm at the top, 3.2mm wide at the shoulder and 1.7mm at the back of the band. In Excellent Condition.
