Exquisitely wrought silver cannetille earrings in the shape of lacy domes. Cannetille is a style of metalwork that employs intricately coiled wire, where tiny wires are curled, piled, and twisted to form complex patterns accented with tiny balls. These earrings are screw back, a perfect option for people without pierced ears. They look great on people with pierced ears as well. Circa 1960.
