This pretty Mid Century brooch depicts a fan of feathers tied with a ribbon. Bright blue and white rhinestones glitter and shine. The back of this piece is signed Ciner. Circa 1950.
Emanuel Ciner founded his company producing fine jewelry in 1892. In 1931 he transitioned to making costume jewelry which was very fashionable at the time. Ciner made only high quality costume jewels, all the work was hand done by skilled craftsmen.
