Five Old Mine Cut Diamonds in 14k Gold Victorian Bangle

This superb 14k gold Victorian bangle is set with 1.5tcw of dazzling diamonds. The bracelet is a hinged oval with soft, curved edges. Five bright white old mine cut diamonds sparkle across its top, each nestled in its own incised lozenge-shaped setting. An acid cutback process has bestowed a glossy, glowing high karat look upon the gold's surface; elaborately worked twists of polished gold curl between the diamonds. The hinged design makes it easy to put on and take off, no Lady's Maid required, and a safety chain adds security. A few small dents on the bracelet's underside in no way detract from the beauty of the piece. Circa 1870.

Details.....The bracelet is .45" wide, its exterior measures 2.60" by 2.30", and it has a 6.5" inner circumference. It fits a smaller than average adult woman's wrist. In Very Good Antique Condition, with some small dents on the underside. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique jewels, we consider it part of the charm.
